Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview

CorvadoDigital (operated by Lunoraseo LLC) is committed to providing high-quality digital products to our customers. This Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and supported. Our mission is to ensure a smooth, transparent experience that complies with industry standards and Stripe’s Terms of Service.


2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Notion templates
  • Google Sheets tools
  • Digital bundles (PDF, ZIP, cloud-access links)
  • Online toolkits and digital business resources

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An on-screen confirmation
  • An email receipt
  • A secure download link or access instructions sent to your email

If your product has not been delivered within 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@corvadodigital.com with your order number.


3. Order Confirmation

After completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Product details
  • Payment summary
  • Download link(s) or access instructions

If the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.


4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases where product delivery fails (e.g., email delivery issues, server delays), we will:

  1. Re-send your product manually within 12 hours
  2. Provide an alternative secure delivery method if necessary (direct file delivery, cloud folder link, temporary download URL)

Your access will always be ensured.


5. Refund Eligibility

Our digital products include a 14-day refund window. Refunds are granted only in the following situations:

  • You did not receive the product within 24 hours after purchase, and support confirmation was provided
  • The product is proven to be defective or incomplete
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with tools not listed in the product description
  • Claims made after significant use, access, or download
